| OTR Drivers
Ward Truckload Express Over the Road (OTR) drivers pick up and deliver truckloads using new 48' and 53' vans. The length of haul for an OTR driver can range from 50 - 1,000 miles per load, with the average being about 410 miles per load. Drivers will service customers in the states of PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, ME, CT, MA, RI, VA, KY, OH, IN, MI, IL, MI, NC, & SC.
At times, OTR drivers will also switch loads with other drivers, spot trailers, stop-off en route, and unload with pallet jack or by hand. OTR drivers can expect to be home on weekends for an average of 48 hours and possibly have home time during the week, depending on freight movement.
OTR drivers are paid weekly with Direct Deposit available.

* Verifiable experience within past 5 years must be Regional or OTR to qualify.
* Pay increases annually on service date of 1¢ per mile for the first six years.
* Pay currently tops out at 44¢ per mile.
* Quarterly bonus of up to an additional 2 cpm based upon fuel, safety &, attendance.
* Drivers will average 1st year gross earnings of $52,000.00
* Drivers are "Home Every Weekend" - for normally 48 hours

Over the Road Lease Operators
Over the Road Owner/Operators pick up and deliver truckloads using company-owned new 48' and 53' dry vans. The length of haul for OTR owner/operators can average 440 plus miles per load. OTR owner/operators average 2600 loaded and empty miles per week servicing customers in the states of PA, NJ, NY, ME, DE, MD, CT, MA, RI, WV, VA, OH, KY, MI, IN, IL, NC, & SC. At times, OTR owner/operators will also switch loads with other drivers, spot trailers, do enroute stop-offs, and unload with pallet jack or by hand. OTR owner/operators have the possibility of weekday home time with "HOME EVERY WEEKEND" averaging 48 hours.
Over the Road owner/operators will enjoy weekly settlements when paperwork is received by Tuesday based on the following wage outline:
