START UP REQUIREMENTS:

• Tractor Speed Must be Set at 70 MPH
• Thorough DOT Inspection at Our Facility
• 2 1/2 Day Orientation at Madison, Il Terminal
• One Pair of Load Locks
• Name and Address on Tractor
• Fifth Wheel Height Cannot Exceed 47 1/2 Inches
• Tractor Weight Cannot Exceed 19,500 Pounds
